Inspection, Testing and Maintenance for the Building Owner and Manager

The building owner is the single most important individual in the inspection, testing and maintenance of fire protection systems.  NFPA 25, Standard of Inspection Testing and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems contains numerous and detailed requirements that are the responsibility of the building owner.  Yet many building owners are not familiar with these requirements or with the systems in their building.  This 1-day seminar will provide and introduction to system types, the owners requirements and limits when it comes to inspection, testing and maintenance.   Through discussion of the administrative chapters (1-4) and some of the systems chapters (5-12) of NFPA 25 and activities centering on system documentation this seminar will provide the attendee with guidance on developing and continuing an effective inspection, testing and maintenance program.

This seminar is sponsored by the NFSA Illinois Chapter and is FREE to Building Owners and Managers.
