Code of Ethics and Discrimination - Human Resources is a great bundle of online classes that provide employers and managers with guidance concerning discrimination and ethics, especially in the construction industry.
This course contains three separate interactive modules: Business Ethics & Code of Conduct, Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention, and Preventing Discrimination and Harassment for the Construction Manager.
In this course, you will learn the role a Code of Conduct plays in defining expectations and establishing a culture within your organization. We look at 4 important elements necessary for a new or revised Code of Conduct, the 2 key steps to effectively integrate this document into your workforce culture, as well as tips on how to refine this important organizational guideline. You will also explore what employees need to know on the basics of harassment, sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention and response. In the final module, we will explain the expected behaviors for building a workplace that is free of discrimination and harassment for construction managers.
